IF YOU HAVE HAD LIP FILLER IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WOULD LIKE UNDER EYE FILLER, OR YOU ARE INTERESTED IN KYBELLA ,
YOU MUST MAKE AN IN PERSON APPOINTMENT (can be found under their sections…Lips, Filler, Kybella, etc. at the link below).
If an in-person consultation is booked and it is not for Under Eye Filler, Kybella, or for someone that has not had a Lip Enhancement in the past 12 months, the appointment will be canceled and you will be subject to a $50 charge.
*Please note, consultations are complimentary, but clients that are no-call, no-show,
or intentionally book the wrong service instead of calling our office, will be charged $50.
Reservations & Cancellations
All clients are required to have a credit card on file. A $100 deposit is required for any service(s) over $100 and will be applied to your total at checkout.
Payment in full is required at the time of your service via cash, credit or CareCredit.
If you are unable to keep your reservation, you must provide a minimum of 24-hours’ notice or
you will be charged the total cost of your scheduled appointment.
Consultation & follow-up cancellations with less than 24-hours notice will be charged $50.
Special event reservations (appointments not @ at NRB) require 2 WEEKS notice to cancel or $100 per service deposit will be forfeited.

Spa Rules
Please arrive at least 10 min prior to your appointment to fill out paperwork.
Clients arriving 10 min later than your appointment time will be required to reschedule & you will be charged 100% of your scheduled services.
Due to the medical nature of our treatments and services, there may be times when our team is running behind. We aim to provide exceptional customer service to each and every client at all times and we never want anyone to feel rushed. We do our best to inform clients in advance if time permits. We ask for your grace and understanding if you are ever affected by a delayed appointment.
Children are not permitted in the Spa unless they are receiving a service. If you arrive with a child(ren),
you will be charged the total cost of your scheduled appointment & be required to reschedule.
Please be mindful of the space. In order to maintain a relaxing environment,
we ask that you refrain from using cell phones and keep them on silent during your visit.

Isabella is a skilled aesthetician who specializes in acne treatment.
Gina is a highly qualified Aesthetician and Makeup Artist. Her passion for all things beauty developed at an early age. Since Gina spent her childhood in a salon environment, Gina closely observed family members in the cosmetic field. It was there that she fell in love with the ever-changing trade. Gina studied the Esthetics program at Venus Beauty Academy and has worked in the industry for ten years. Gina is dedicated to enhancing the natural beauty of all her clients! Whether in a makeup application or a result-based aesthetic treatment, bringing happiness to her clients is the most rewarding part of her profession. She has a strong commitment to advancing her education by attending classes and training to ensure that her clients get the latest products and services. At the moment, her favorite treatment at NRB is Vivace! She enjoys spending time with her husband and 3-year-old son in her spare time at their family’s mountain home in Northwestern, PA.
Natalie Rose Traboscia learned the art of hair and makeup from her mother, a trained cosmetologist doing hair and makeup. In awe at her mother’s ability to make women look beautiful and feel beautiful, she went to Venus Beauty Academy to advance her skills as an esthetician. Inspired by the art and beauty of cosmetic procedures, Natalie sought to offer her clients a wider range of services, so she pursued a degree in nursing. Natalie earned her nursing degree in 2008 and has been a practicing ER nurse for ten years. Over the years, Natalie has dedicated herself to combining her medical and beauty experience to become certified in numerous cosmetic application procedures. She is known for her beautifying injections. “She is an artist when it comes to lips,” one of her clients says. But she generally sees her specialty as making people feel better about themselves. “It’s amazing to see my clients’ faces when their confidence skyrockets!”
Dr. Fred Himmelstein is a native of Philadelphia and a board-certified Emergency Medicine Physician. Currently, he lives in Chester County, serving two terms as President of the Chester County Medical Society. He has practiced Aesthetic Medicine for more than 10 years. Dr. Himmelstein has extensive experience in Emergency Medicine, assessing and repairing facial wounds. He is highly regarded for the outstanding cosmetic results he consistently produces using his finely honed suturing techniques. Over the years, he has taken programs by Aesthetic Advancements, Aesthetic Health Dimensions and The Institute for Medical Education. Dr Himmelstein is a certified Botox injector and Allergan Pharmaceuticals’ Gold network member.
